Limited Five Year Warranties

All residential applications of Viessmann gas-fired condensing boilers up to 300 MBH are eligible for a limited 5 year parts warranty.

Note:  The standard Viessmann 2 year parts warranty does not require registration. Registration, where applicable, is only required if you wish to extend this warranty for an additional 3 years.

Limited five (5) year Parts Warranty

For applicable boilers, our base warranty for parts is for 2 years, with a possible FREE 3-year extension for a total of 5 years when you register your boiler through the digital tools (where applicable). Please view warranty documents for details.

Note:  Contractors need a Viessmann account to register boilers online. Read more here about how to get a Viessmann account.

To register products online, the following information is required:

• Serial numbers of the products
• Address of the building where the products are installed
• Date of installation
